Most couples book 12–18 months out — and popular dates, especially spring and fall weekends, fill quickly. That said, I occasionally have openings for weddings with shorter lead times, so it's always worth reaching out. When in doubt, sooner is always better.
Q. How far out should I book?
Yes — and it's one of my favorite parts of this work. I'm based on the East Coast and travel throughout the U.S. and internationally. The Signature Collection includes domestic travel. For destination weddings abroad — whether that's the Italy, France, or beyond — travel coordination is included in destination pricing. I travel with ease and arrive fully present, ready to document wherever your story takes us.
Q. Are you willing to travel?

Your wedding weekend deserves to be fully documented, not just your ceremony. Collections start at $15,500 and include 10 hours of coverage, two lead photographers, an engagement session, and your full gallery with print rights. For full weekend couples, my Signature Collection covers it all — Friday events, 10 hours on wedding day, a heirloom album, and domestic travel. Destination weddings are custom quoted. Let's talk.
Q. What are your collection and investment levels?
Absolutely — and it's a beautiful gift. If you're booked on the Signature Collection, Friday coverage is already included in your package. I'm happy to split your invoice so the groom's family can contribute directly toward that portion of your weekend. Simply let me know during the booking process and I'll arrange it. No separate booking needed — just one seamless weekend, taken care of by the people who love you most.
Q. The grooms family has offered to cover Friday night. Can that be arranged separately?
