This past weekend, Julie and Greg said ‘I do’ on the most BEAUTIFUL Saturday in April. The weather was literal perfection and created the perfect backdrop for the couples intimate elopement at The Ballantyne Hotel. Due to Covid 19, Julie & Greg decided to keep their wedding small, and hold off another year for their BIG celebration! With the help of Crystal Govan of Fabulously Created Events – this stunning wedding had it all! Lush florals adorned a gorgeous head table, and guests dined on an INCREDIBLE menu!
Our day started at The Ballantyne Cottage which housed all of Julie’s family for the weekend. The house overlooks the golf course and offers a beautiful place to stay for larger groups! While Julie’s family enjoyed spending the morning together, Blushing Hair and Makeup nailed Julie’s wedding day look! After stepping into her GORGEOUS gown, Julie came out to find her dad blown away by her grace & beauty! Tears were streaming down everyone’s face!
Before we knew it, it was go time! We headed out to The Ballantyne Hotel for Julie and Greg’s first look on the classic grand staircase! As the couple caught their first glimpse of each other, Crystal was perfecting the ceremony and reception area to wow everyone who walked through the door!
The Ballantyne Hotel | Wedding Ceremony
As the clock struck 5:30, Julie walked arm in arm with her dad to her forever. The couple exchanged vows and promised to love and support each other for the rest of their days. It was a beautiful ceremony full of love, a few laughs and of course, a few tears of joy!
To Julie & Greg: It was an honor to be part of your wedding day! I am so excited to see where your journey takes you! You both have hearts of gold and the love you share for each other is what fairy tales are made of!! Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Boles!!
XOXO – Katy
